To share your intranet screenshots:

Go to your intranet site (maximize for full screen view)
Use Ctrl-F13 ("print screen" command) to save on clipboard
Open a graphic application (i.e. Paint) and paste from clipboard (i.e. Ctrl-v)
Save >filename.gif< on your Desktop
Click here to upload (This will open a new window to allow you to continue reading these instructions. You may have to reduce the newly opened window.)
Click "Browse", then select "Desktop", then select >filename.gif<
Click "Open" (this closes the popup) and then click "Upload". Close this window.
Click here to edit this page.
Scroll down to the "img src=" code below and replace the "filename.gif" below with actual filename you've just uploaded (case-sensitive); be sure to keep the "/f/" before the file name
Click "Save"
